Lake House, Bedford NY

Our firm provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering for a new house located on a private lake in Bedford, NY. Systems included radiant floor heat to accommodate heat loss from the extensive window areas which look out to the lake. The HVAC system also included energy efficient ducted heating/cooling systems which required very close coordination with the building structural system and contemporary finishes throughout the house.

Residential Estate House, Chappaqua, NY

Our firm provided Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineering for a large, 18,000 square foot, new Georgian estate with state-of-the-art hydro-air heating and air conditioning systems with radiant floors in selected areas. Design also include an environmental control system for a large wine room, emergency power generator, and high level coordination of registers and grilles with the ornate interior design details of the house.

Residence, Bedford, NY

Our firm provided Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineering for this roughly 14,000 sq ft house project which included both extensive interior renovations throughout the house as well as significant additions. We designed new boiler and chiller plants and an integrated HVAC system that utilized existing cast iron radiators. We also added new state-of-the-art hydro-air systems.
